Wir haben noch freie Kapazität auf unserem Skoda CNC-Bohrwerk.

Mit einem Verfahrweg von X13000 mm und Y5000 mm können Bauteile bis max. 65t Stückgewicht bearbeitet werden.
Wir vearbeiten vorwiegend Guss (GG, GGG, Stahlguss), Baustahl, rostfreien Stahl, warmfesten Stahl und Sonderwerkstoffe wie Inconel, Hastelloy, etc.

Zur Verfügung stehen verschiedene Winkelköpfe mit welchen die Fertigung von anspruchsvollen Geometrien möglich ist.
Unsere Stärke liegt in der kundenspezifischen Einzel- und Kleinserienfertigung.

Repair of HVOF coatings

Overhaul intervals of Hydro Turbines are being determined by the amount of wear caused by erosion. An overhaul is a significant expenditure of time and money, as the assembly and disassembly of a turbine, depending on type, can take several months to complete. Through the use of hard coatings, the lifetime is extended, but partial damage of the layers can always occur. The company Stellba Welding AG together with EMPA have developed and patented a method to repair these sprayed coatings of tungsten carbide composite materials partially. The methods developed in the laboratory are being confirmed by the good results of practical use in Hydro Turbines. These methods are being used successfully in the market.
