Thermal spraying – material-friendly and efficient

During the surface coating process, special spray materials (Fe/Ni/Co-based, cermets, MCrAlY or oxides) are applied to the steel, nickel, aluminium, and titanium component to be coated at high-speed using a spray torch. The spray additive in powder or wire form is heated to a malleable or molten state without melting the surface of the component.
